
Center Store Manager
Lucky Supermarkets is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer service-oriented Center Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. If you have the enthusiasm, drive, and experience necessary to lead our Center Store team to success, we want to hear from you! To be successful as our Center Store Manager, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least two years of experience in a retail or supervisory role. Additionally, you must be able to take initiative and work collaboratively with other departments, while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Strong communication skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the Center Store, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer service levels and take steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Train and supervise Center Store staff.
- Create and update processes and procedures for the Center Store.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized store.
- Monitor budgets and track expenses.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
