Bakery Manager

Lucky Supermarkets is searching for an experienced and organized Bakery Manager to join our team and take ownership of our bakery department. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for baking, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to developing and inspiring their team.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional baking and/or grocery experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess a keen eye for detail and a record of successfully managing and motivating teams. A positive attitude and the desire to provide outstanding customer service is a must. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise bakery department operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
2. Oversee and coordinate staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed.
5. Ensure that all products are of the highest quality and meet food safety standards.
6. Monitor and address customer complaints in a timely manner.
7. Create pricing structures and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
9. Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
