Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Lucky Supermarkets! As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in leading the store team to ensure the store runs smoothly, customer service is top-notch, and that the store meets all operational and financial goals. Responsibilities:

• Assist Store Manager in leading the store team to ensure the store runs smoothly, customer service is top-notch, and that the store meets all operational and financial goals • Ensure store operations are in compliance with all company policies and procedures • Monitor and analyze store performance and take corrective action as needed • Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and engagement • Ensure all staff members are adequately trained and motivated • Monitor store inventory levels and order new merchandise as necessary • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new store personnel • Develop and implement plans to increase sales and revenue • Create a positive and welcoming shopping environment for customers • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner • Monitor and update store budgets and financial records • Ensure all store safety standards are met
