Accounts Receivable Clerk

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
2. Reconcile accounts by identifying discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner
3. Prepare and process invoices and other documents accurately and efficiently
4. Analyze customer accounts and provide payment plans when necessary
5. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
6. Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment
7. Assist with month-end and year-end closing process
8. Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets for management
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
10. Utilize advanced accounting software to monitor accounts and report financial data
