
Event Operations Coordinator
Responsible for all aspects related to supervision of Event Operations student staff, including training, evaluating, hiring, firing, payroll, discipline and employee recognition programs to ensure the successful completion of equipment set up requests for all events and conferences. Set up standards for equipment delivery and returns. Ensure all equipment is functioning and up to standard for use. Responsible for equipment inventory, which includes audio/visual equipment, tables, chairs, podiums, stages, and electric carts. Develop a system to upkeep and maintenance. Recommend additions and replacement plans.
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required, preferably in a customer service setting
The ability to learn new software systems.
Experience working in event/conference technology management highly desirable.
