Produce Clerk

Lowes Foods is seeking a Produce Clerk to join our team and ensure the highest quality of customer service in our produce department. We’re looking for a motivated, organized individual who will go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to creating a positive customer experience. The Produce Clerk will be responsible for stocking and rotating produce items, ensuring accurate pricing and labeling, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Stock and rotate produce items to ensure freshness and quality.
2. Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of produce items.
3. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Assist customers in locating specific produce items.
5. Monitor and restock produce shelves as needed.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Maintain full knowledge of all produce offerings and pricing.
8. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
9. Follow all health and safety regulations.
10. Be available for nights and weekends as needed.
