
Office Clerk

As an Office Clerk, you’ll be responsible for helping to keep our office running smoothly by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is a great opportunity for a professional with an eye for detail and a desire to contribute to our team’s success.To be successful in this role, you’ll need excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. You’ll also need to be comfortable using Microsoft Office and other office software. Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers, vendors, and other staff members.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and answering phones.
- Manage office supplies and order new items as needed.
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and other events.
- Troubleshoot computer and software problems.
- Manage office calendars and schedules.
- Assist with data analysis and research.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
