
Office Clerk
Lowes Foods is looking for an efficient and organized Office Clerk to join our team and help maintain the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations, including filing, answering phones, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
- Process and organize incoming and outgoing mail.
- Aid in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
