
Office Clerk
Lowes Foods is seeking an ambitious Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for providing superior customer service. If you have a knack for problem solving, an ability to multi-task, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the store, ensuring accuracy and organization of all paperwork and records, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will strive to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for our customers and team members alike. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as prior office experience. Prior retail experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers and team members in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Maintain accuracy and organization of all paperwork and records
- Provide administrative support to the store, such as filing, data entry, and invoice processing
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist with the resolution of customer complaints and inquiries
- Manage and track store expenses
- Develop and implement organizational processes and procedures
- Handle cash and credit transactions, as well as processing returns and exchanges
