
Office Clerk
We are looking for an Office Clerk to join the Lowes Foods team! The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organized individual that can handle a variety of administrative tasks and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. The Office Clerk will be responsible for providing support to the store management team, assisting with customer inquiries, and helping to ensure a positive shopping experience for Lowes Foods customers. To be successful as an Office Clerk at Lowes Foods, you should be detail-oriented and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for the store management team.
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, document scanning, and mail sorting.
- Support store management team with scheduling, payroll, and other office tasks.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for Lowes Foods customers.
- Monitor the store for any safety or security concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Prepare reports and other documents as requested.
