Guest Service Clerk

We are looking for an individual who is friendly, enthusiastic and reliable, with a passion for customer service.The ideal candidate for this role must have the following qualifications: a high school diploma or GED equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality setting, excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills, and a sincere desire to provide outstanding guest service. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
2. Provide prompt and courteous service to guests
3. Assist with customer inquiries and complaints
4. Handle product exchanges and refunds in accordance with company policy
5. Maintain a neat and organized workspace
6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
7. Monitor and restock shelves as needed
8. Remain knowledgeable about store products and services
9. Utilize computer programs, including Microsoft Office, to complete tasks
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager
