
Assistant Guest Service Manager
The Assistant Guest Service Manager at Lowes Foods will be a highly organized, customer-focused professional with the ability to lead and motivate a team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and supervising the guest services team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our guests.The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of customer service experience and a proven track record of successfully leading teams. This individual should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong knowledge of store operations. Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently provided to all guests.
- Lead and motivate the guest services team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage store operations and ensure the store is running smoothly.
- Supervise the guest services team and ensure they are meeting all standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and make suggestions for improvement in customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
- Train and coach team members on customer service best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude in the workplace.
