Job Description

The Assistant Guest Service Manager at Lowes Foods will be a highly organized, customer-focused professional with the ability to lead and motivate a team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and supervising the guest services team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our guests.The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of customer service experience and a proven track record of successfully leading teams. This individual should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong knowledge of store operations. A friendly and positive attitude, combined with a dedication to providing outstanding customer service is a must!

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently provided to all guests.
  2. Lead and motivate the guest services team to ensure excellent customer service.
  3. Manage store operations and ensure the store is running smoothly.
  4. Supervise the guest services team and ensure they are meeting all standards.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and make suggestions for improvement in customer service.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
  8. Train and coach team members on customer service best practices.
  9. Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain a friendly and positive attitude in the workplace.
