- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of specialized merchandise.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated areas of the warehouse.
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately labeled and tagged for easy identification.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise from delivery trucks.
- Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Utilize company software and systems to track and manage inventory levels.
- Proactively identify and report any damaged or defective merchandise.
- Assist customers with locating and retrieving specialized merchandise as needed.

Experience In Warehouse Operations: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Receiving And Shipping Procedures, And Operating Warehouse Equipment.
Customer Service Skills: As A Warehouse Specialty Associate, Candidates Will Interact With Customers And Assist Them In Locating And Loading Products. Strong Customer Service Skills, Such As Communication, Problem-Solving, And A Friendly Demeanor, Are Essential For This Role.
