Receive and process incoming shipments and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
Organize and label products in the warehouse for easy retrieval.
Prepare orders for shipment and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, following all safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues with orders or inventory.
Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes and procedures.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and code of conduct.
Keep accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Troubleshoot any technical issues with equipment or systems.
Continuously monitor stock levels and report any shortages or overstock situations.
Cross-train in various warehouse tasks and assist in other areas as needed.
Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by fostering teamwork and a positive attitude.
Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Follow all company and industry regulations and standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
