
Vendor Maintenance Sr Specialist
At Lowe's, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Vendor Maintenance Sr Specialist to join our team. This position requires a customer-centric approach to vendor management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay organized. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.The Vendor Maintenance Sr Specialist will be responsible for managing and monitoring the vendor relationship with Lowe's, from onboarding to maintenance and performance. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all vendor data is accurate and up to date, as well as ensuring that vendors are compliant with Lowe's standards.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, as well as a strong understanding of the vendor lifecycle. In addition, the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential to this position. The successful candidate will also have the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor vendor relationships with Lowe's, from onboarding to maintenance and performance.
- Ensure that all vendor data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure that vendors are compliant with Lowe's standards.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance.
- Maintain and update vendor records.
- Resolve vendor disputes and issues.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure understanding of Lowe's standards.
- Manage vendor contracts and agreements.
- Develop and implement new strategies for vendor management.
- Analyze vendor data and prepare reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Identify areas of improvement for vendor programs and processes.
- Develop and maintain vendor-related policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
