Prior Experience In Transportation Management Or Logistics, Preferably In A Retail Or Distribution Setting.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Drivers And Coordinate With Other Departments.
Knowledge Of Transportation Regulations And Safety Protocols, Including Dot Regulations And Osha Guidelines.
Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Optimize Transportation Operations And Reduce Costs.
