The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of store operations and retail analytics, as well as a strong aptitude for interpreting and analyzing data.You must have a minimum of four years of experience in store operations or analytics, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred. Additionally, the successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Analyze store operations data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive results.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of retail analytics to make informed decisions.
Provide regular reporting to management regarding store operations performance.
Monitor store staff performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of stores.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Identify and resolve issues related to store operations.
Evaluate store operations performance and suggest improvements.
Assist in training and onboarding of store staff.
Remain up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
