Job Description

The Store Operations Sr. Analyst at Lowe's should have a passion for customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, and a desire to help our store locations reach their highest potential. This role requires a creative problem solver who can think outside the box to develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our store teams. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of retail experience, a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, and proven experience developing and managing store operations strategies. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage store operations strategies that help drive store success.
  2. Provide customer service to store locations and customers.
  3. Analyze store performance and identify areas of improvement.
  4. Develop innovative solutions to complex store operations challenges.
  5. Monitor store operations performance and create reports.
  6. Communicate with store locations and management team to ensure compliance with store operations standards.
  7. Train store associates on store operations procedures.
  8. Create and maintain store operations documents.
  9. Conduct store operations audits.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure store operations goals are achieved.
