Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Store Operations Sr. Analyst to join our team at Lowe's! As the Store Operations Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical and research support to the store operations team, while helping create and implement strategies that will result in improved store operations. To succeed in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills and a drive to improve store efficiency.The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, as well as at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze store operations data to identify areas of improvement and create strategies to increase efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement initiatives to improve store operations.
  3. Collaborate with the store operations team to identify and resolve operational issues.
  4. Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to leadership teams.
  5. Assist in the development of process and procedure updates.
  6. Assist with customer service inquiries and address customer complaints.
  7. Maintain accurate records and track store operations metrics.
  8. Provide training and guidance to store employees on store operations procedures.
  9. Research industry trends to ensure store operations are up to date.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with store safety and security regulations.
