Store Operations Sr. Analyst

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Power Point, and Access. Responsibilities:

4. Develop reports and presentations to communicate store operations objectives and strategies to store management and corporate personnel.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of store operations policies and procedures.
6. Monitor and analyze store operations performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
7. Participate in store visits to review operations processes and identify areas of improvement.
8. Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance store operations.
9. Collaborate with store teams and corporate partners to ensure store operations initiatives are implemented in a timely manner.
10. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with store personnel and corporate partners.
