
Store Operations Sr. Analyst
Lowe's is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Store Operations Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for excellence and an unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service. The Store Operations Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive analysis and reporting to support store operations initiatives.The successful candidate must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, have a strong attention to detail, and be capable of working both independently and in a team-oriented environment. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Power Point, and Access. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on store operations initiatives to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
- Develop store operations strategies to improve customer service, increase sales, and decrease costs.
- Use data mining and database query tools to extract and analyze store operations data.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate store operations objectives and strategies to store management and corporate personnel.
- Assist in the development and implementation of store operations policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze store operations performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in store visits to review operations processes and identify areas of improvement.
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance store operations.
- Collaborate with store teams and corporate partners to ensure store operations initiatives are implemented in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with store personnel and corporate partners.
