Job Description

Are you an experienced retail operations professional looking to join a world-class team? Lowe's is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Store Operations Consultant to join our team and help us advance our retail operations across the country.The ideal candidate should have solid experience in retail operations and possess excellent problem solving skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze existing retail operations processes and develop strategies to optimize operations.
  2. Monitor store operations and identify areas of improvement.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Lead projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
  5. Prepare and present reports to management on the performance of store operations.
  6. Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for store personnel.
  8. Research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Provide guidance and support to stores to help meet performance goals.
