Our ideal candidate would have a strong background in store operations and a passion for customer service. The Store Operations Consultant will provide expert advice and guidance to store personnel on store operations and customer service. The successful candidate will be highly organized and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to work both collaboratively and independently. The Store Operations Consultant will also be a strong leader who can motivate and inspire others to achieve results. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field• 5+ years of retail or store operations experience• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities of a Store Operations Consultant:
• Maintain a high level of customer service by providing expert advice and guidance on store operations and customer service. • Monitor and analyze store operations data and develop strategic plans for improvement. • Implement operational changes to improve customer satisfaction and store profitability. • Identify and resolve customer service issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Develop and mentor store personnel to ensure customer service standards are met. • Work with other departments to ensure store processes are efficient and cost-effective. • Develop and monitor store policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Provide timely and accurate reporting of store operations data. • Monitor store inventory levels and order supplies as needed. • Develop and implement training programs for store personnel. • Lead store teams in order to maximize sales and profitability.
