Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Home Improvement Or Construction-Related Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Of Employees, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers, Employees, And Vendors.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Sales Strategies To Drive Store Profitability.
Familiarity With Budgeting, Financial Reporting, And P&L Management, With A Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Controlling Expenses.
