  1. Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability for the store.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to achieve business goals.
  4. Create and maintain a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers through visual merchandising and store layout.
  5. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
  6. Ensure that all employees adhere to company standards and policies, including safety protocols and inventory management.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  8. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are always available for customers.
  9. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with other Store Managers and corporate leadership to share best practices and drive overall company success.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Home Improvement Or Hardware Store Environment.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle And Resolve Customer Complaints And Issues.

  • Proficiency In Inventory Management, Sales Forecasting, And Budgeting To Ensure Store Profitability.

  • Knowledge Of Home Improvement Products And Services, As Well As Industry Trends And Competition, To Effectively Drive Sales And Meet Customer Needs.
