  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms that aligns with Lowe's brand and values
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Foster a positive and welcoming online community for Lowe's customers by actively engaging with them and encouraging participation
  • Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to track performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continuously improve Lowe's social media presence
