
Senior Manager Strategic Accounts
We are looking for a passionate Senior Manager Strategic Accounts to join our team at Lowe’s. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategy to grow and nurture key strategic accounts.
- Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to drive improvements in service and products.
- Identify new opportunities for customer value, growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Prepare and present reports on customer trends and performance.
- Manage customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty.
- Monitor customer accounts and take corrective action when necessary.
