We are looking for a passionate Senior Manager Strategic Accounts to join our team at Lowe’s. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to grow and nurture our key strategic accounts. You are a natural leader who is adept at building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategy to grow and nurture key strategic accounts.
  2. Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Utilize strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to exceed customer expectations.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and use it to drive improvements in service and products.
  5. Identify new opportunities for customer value, growth and profitability.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to retain and increase customer loyalty.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  8. Prepare and present reports on customer trends and performance.
  9. Manage customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty.
  10. Monitor customer accounts and take corrective action when necessary.
