Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with the company's culture, values, and business objectives.
Create and Deliver Engaging Content: Create compelling messages and content that resonate with employees and effectively communicate the company's vision, goals, and initiatives.
Drive Employee Engagement: Design and execute internal communication programs that foster employee engagement and promote a positive company culture.
Lead Communication Initiatives: Lead internal communication initiatives, such as town halls, newsletters, and digital platforms, to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and Operations, to gather information and insights and ensure alignment of messaging and initiatives.
Manage Internal Communication Channels: Oversee the company's internal communication channels, including intranet, email, and social media platforms, to ensure timely and effective delivery of messages.
Monitor and Measure Communication Effectiveness: Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Manage Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans and effectively communicate critical information to employees during times of crisis.
Mentor and Develop Team Members: Mentor and develop team members to strengthen their communication skills and support their professional growth.
Stay Updated on Communication Trends: Stay updated on the latest communication trends and tools and incorporate them into the company's internal communication strategies.
Represent the Company: Represent the company at internal and external events, conferences, and meetings, and effectively communicate the company's message and values.
Uphold Company Values and Culture: Uphold and promote the company's values and culture through all internal communications, ensuring alignment and consistency with the company's brand.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Internal Communications: A Senior Manager In Internal Communications At Lowe's Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Internal Communications Strategy And Initiatives In A Corporate Setting. This Includes Experience In Developing Communication Plans, Managing Internal Communication Channels, And Measuring The Effectiveness Of Internal Communications.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Internal Communication Professionals And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Coaching And Developing Team Members, As Well As The Ability To Lead Through Change And Ambiguity.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For This Role, And The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Writing And Speaking Skills. This Includes The Ability To Craft Clear And Compelling Messages That Resonate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
