- Continuously identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in packaging development and production.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on packaging development and testing.
Extensive Experience In Packaging Design And Development: A Senior Engineer In Packaging Innovation & Development At Lowe's Should Possess A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Packaging Design, Development, And Testing. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Materials, Production Processes, And Industry Standards.
Proficient In Cad Software And Other Design Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software, Such As Autocad And Solidworks, As Well As Other Design Tools Used In The Packaging Industry. This Will Enable Them To Create Detailed And Accurate Packaging Designs.
Knowledge Of Sustainability And Environmental Regulations: As Sustainability Is A Key Focus For Lowe's, A Senior Engineer In Packaging Innovation & Development Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sustainable Packaging Materials And Practices. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Environmental Regulations And How They Impact Packaging Design And Development.
Project Management Skills: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Prioritize Tasks, And Meet Tight Deadlines.
