Develop and implement strategic plans for the transportation and logistics operations of our international supply chain.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of international transportation, including freight management, carrier selection, and transportation budget management.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to our stores and customers worldwide.
Monitor and analyze transportation and logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of transportation and logistics professionals, setting clear goals and expectations for their performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to optimize transportation and logistics processes.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transportation and logistics initiatives.
Communicate transportation and logistics updates and progress to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws pertaining to international transportation and logistics.
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the transportation and logistics team.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting the company's transportation and logistics capabilities.

Proven Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Large Team In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
