- Lead and manage a team of agile coaches and scrum masters.
- Drive collaboration and communication among teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and services.

- Represent Lowe's in agile communities and events to share best practices and stay connected with the industry.
- Continuously assess and adjust agile processes to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Extensive Experience In Agile Operations: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience Working In Agile Operations, With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Agile Methodologies Within Large Organizations.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Director, Agile Operations At Lowe's, The Candidate Must Have Exceptional Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Guide A Team Of Agile Professionals. This Includes The Ability To Motivate, Coach, And Mentor Team Members To Achieve Their Full Potential.
Strategic Mindset: The Candidate Must Possess A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically And Make Informed Decisions To Drive The Agile Operations At Lowe's. This Includes The Ability To Develop And Execute Long-Term Plans To Achieve Business Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Senior Director Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders, Team Members, And Cross-Functional Teams. They Must Also Be Able To Collaborate With Different Departments And Teams To Ensure Seamless Implementation Of Agile Processes.
Agile Certifications: A Senior Director, Agile Operations At Lowe's Should Have Relevant Agile Certifications Such As Certified Scrum Master (Csm), Certified Scrum Professional (Csp), Or Safe Agilist (Sa) To Demonstrate Their Expertise And Knowledge In Agile Methodologies.
