- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on claims processed by junior examiners to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs for claims processing and customer service.
Extensive Experience In Claims Processing: A Senior Claims Examiner At Lowe's Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Processing Claims, Preferably In A Retail Or Home Improvement Industry. This Experience Should Include Handling Complex And High-Value Claims.
Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Insurance Policies And Regulations Related To Claims Processing. This Includes Knowledge Of State-Specific Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Claims Examiner Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Claims And Make Sound Decisions Based On Available Evidence. They Should Also Have Excellent Problem-Solving Skills To Handle Challenging And Unique Claims Situations.
