  2. Lead and manage a team of asset protection specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
  3. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in asset protection, and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any potential security gaps or issues.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and other external partners to enhance security measures.
  7. Create and deliver training programs for employees on asset protection policies and procedures.
  8. Monitor and analyze data and reports to identify patterns or trends that may indicate potential risks or threats.
  9. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to asset protection.
  10. Investigate and resolve any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches that may occur.
  11. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the effectiveness of asset protection programs and initiatives.
  12. Develop and manage the asset protection budget, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resources.
  13. Stay informed and updated on the latest technology and tools to enhance asset protection efforts.
  14. Foster a culture of safety and security within the company by promoting awareness and accountability among all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Asset Protection: A Senior Asset Protection Manager At Lowe's Must Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Loss Prevention Strategies, Investigation Techniques, And Risk Management.

  • Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing A Team And Providing Guidance And Support To Their Direct Reports. They Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Driving Results And Achieving Goals In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Asset Protection Manager, It Is Essential To Communicate Effectively With Multiple Stakeholders, Including Store Associates, Management, And Law Enforcement Agencies. The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Others Is Crucial In This Role.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Senior Asset Protection Manager Must Be Able To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Develop Strategies To Mitigate Risk And Prevent Losses. They Should Also Possess Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills To Address Complex Asset Protection Issues.
