Manage and maintain the compensation processes and systems for Lowe's employees using Workday Compensation
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all compensation data and processes
Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Compensation, providing guidance and support to HR and management teams
Analyze and report on compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new compensation programs and initiatives
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any issues
Provide training and support to HR and management teams on Workday Compensation processes and tools
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation management
Proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues related to compensation processes and systems
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or questions.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Workday Compensation Experience: A Senior Analyst In Hris At Lowe's Should Have A Strong Background And Experience Working With Workday Compensation. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The System's Capabilities, Configuration, And Integration With Other Hr Systems.
Advanced Knowledge Of Compensation Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Compensation Principles And Practices, Including Job Evaluations, Salary Structures, Bonus Plans, And Pay Equity. They Should Also Have Experience Implementing And Maintaining These Practices In Workday Compensation.
