Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Workday Recruit system for the organization.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HR systems and processes, specifically Workday Recruit.
Lead and manage the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements within the HR systems.
Train and support HR team members on the use of Workday Recruit and other HR systems.
Analyze and report on recruitment data and trends to inform decision-making and drive results.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the HR systems, working with IT and vendors as needed to resolve them.
Stay current on industry best practices and trends related to HR systems and recruitment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners and hiring managers.
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and streamline HR systems and processes.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Recruit Or A Similar Hr System.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve System Issues.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Proven Experience In Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Implement System Enhancements And Updates.
