
Senior Analyst - HR Systems Workday Recruit

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Workday Recruit system for the organization.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HR systems and processes, specifically Workday Recruit.
- Lead and manage the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements within the HR systems.
- Train and support HR team members on the use of Workday Recruit and other HR systems.
- Analyze and report on recruitment data and trends to inform decision-making and drive results.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the HR systems, working with IT and vendors as needed to resolve them.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends related to HR systems and recruitment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners and hiring managers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and streamline HR systems and processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Recruit Or A Similar Hr System.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve System Issues.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Proven Experience In Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Implement System Enhancements And Updates.
