As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and expertise to our professional customers.   1. Greet and welcome customers to Lowe's ProServices department with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  3. Utilize strong sales skills to effectively promote and sell products and services to professional customers.
  4. Understand and maintain knowledge of construction materials and their uses to assist customers in selecting the best products for their projects.
  5. Proactively approach and engage customers to provide product knowledge, recommendations, and assistance.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping displays and shelves stocked and presentable.
  8. Accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  11. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  12. Maintain a thorough understanding of Lowe's policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  13. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  15. Actively contribute to a positive and team-oriented work culture.
