  1. Drive sales by actively engaging with Pro customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions for their projects.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Pro customers through exceptional customer service and personalized attention.
  3. Utilize product knowledge and expertise to effectively recommend and sell products to Pro customers.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by constantly seeking out opportunities to grow business with existing customers and acquire new customers.
  5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and brand image at all times.
  6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by the company.
  7. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  9. Accurately process sales transactions and maintain proper documentation for all customer interactions.
  10. Continuously seek out ways to improve the sales process and customer experience.
  11. Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  13. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to management, based on customer interactions and market trends.
  14. Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services and build relationships with potential customers.
