  1. Greet and welcome customers to Lowe's in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and recommending appropriate millwork products.
  3. Utilize knowledge of millwork products to educate customers and assist them in finding the best solutions for their home improvement projects.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of all millwork products and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  6. Collaborate with other sales team members and department managers to ensure a seamless customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
  7. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Lowe's sales systems.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  9. Conduct product demonstrations and provide product information to customers as needed.
  10. Keep the millwork department clean, organized, and properly stocked to create a visually appealing and easy shopping experience for customers.
  11. Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and special events to effectively communicate them to customers.
  12. Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through training and attending workshops or conferences.
  13. Uphold Lowe's standards for safety and customer service at all times.
  14. Assist with any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by department managers or store leadership.

  • Knowledge And Expertise In Millwork Products: A Sales Specialist - Millwork Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Millwork Products Including Doors, Windows, Trim, And Moulding. They Should Be Able To Confidently Answer Customer Questions And Provide Product Recommendations.

  • Strong Sales Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Sales Experience And Be Able To Meet Or Exceed Sales Targets. This Includes Having Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.

  • Customer Service Orientation: A Sales Specialist - Millwork Should Be Dedicated To Providing Excellent Customer Service. This Includes Being Able To Identify And Address Customer Needs, Resolving Any Issues That Arise, And Ensuring A Positive Shopping Experience For Every Customer.

  • Product Knowledge And Merchandising: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Retail Merchandising, Including The Ability To Create Visually Appealing Displays And Maintain A Well-Stocked And Organized Department. They Should Also Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Lowe's Product Offerings And Be Able To Educate Customers On The Features And Benefits Of Various Millwork Products.

  • Teamwork And Collaboration: A Sales Specialist - Millwork Should Be A Team Player And Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Sales Associates And Store Employees. This Includes Sharing Knowledge And Best Practices, Assisting With Cross-Training, And Contributing To A Positive And Productive Work Environment.
