As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and managing inventory for our Millwork products.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Lowe's customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets for the Millwork department.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat business.
  4. Manage inventory levels for Millwork products, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing loss.
  5. Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to recommend and sell Millwork products to customers.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  8. Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure consistency in customer service and sales techniques.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and company policies.
