  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Flooring department, providing a positive and friendly shopping experience.
  2. Utilize expert product knowledge to assist customers in finding the right flooring products for their needs and budget.
  3. Proactively engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  4. Educate customers on the features and benefits of various flooring products and answer any questions or concerns.
  5. Utilize sales techniques to drive sales and meet or exceed department goals.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed in an attractive and easy-to-navigate manner.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible recommendations to customers.
  9. Proactively seek out opportunities to assist customers and offer additional products or services.
  10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  12. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing Lowe's brand and values.
  15. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge And Experience In Flooring: A Sales Specialist At Lowe's Should Have A Thorough Understanding And Experience In Various Types Of Flooring Materials, Installation Methods, And Maintenance Procedures. This Includes Knowledge Of Hardwood, Laminate, Vinyl, Carpet, And Tile Flooring.

  • Customer Service Skills: A Sales Specialist Should Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Actively Listen To Customers, Identify Their Needs, And Provide Appropriate Recommendations. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Issues In A Professional And Timely Manner.
