  1. Greet and welcome customers to Lowe's, creating a positive and friendly first impression.
  2. Provide expert knowledge and guidance on all flooring products to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  3. Understand and effectively communicate flooring materials, features, and benefits to customers.
  4. Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring that each customer has a positive experience and leaves satisfied with their purchase.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate products.
  6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  9. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system.
  10. Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  11. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  13. Assist with inventory management and replenishment of products as needed.
  14. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and processes.
