Greet and welcome customers to Lowe's in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding customers' needs and offering appropriate flooring solutions.
Use your extensive knowledge of flooring products to guide customers in selecting the best option for their home.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the features, benefits, and pricing of all flooring products.
Meet and exceed sales goals by proactively engaging with customers and promoting products.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and presented in an appealing manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient workflow.
Continuously expand knowledge of flooring trends and new products to provide up-to-date and accurate information to customers.
Provide support to customers with any questions or concerns regarding their purchases.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Keep up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the flooring department and store.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Of Flooring Products: A Sales Specialist At Lowe's Should Have In-Depth Knowledge Of Flooring Materials, Including Hardwood, Laminate, Tile, And Carpet, As Well As Their Features, Benefits, And Installation Processes.
