In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in the flooring department.   1. Provide exceptional customer service: The Sales Specialist will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Drive sales in the flooring department: The Sales Specialist will be responsible for actively promoting and selling flooring products to customers, utilizing their knowledge and expertise to meet sales goals and targets.
  3. Utilize sales techniques: The Sales Specialist will be expected to use various sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to increase sales and revenue for the flooring department.
  4. Maintain knowledge of flooring products and installation: The Sales Specialist will need to have a deep understanding of all flooring products offered by the company, as well as the installation process, in order to effectively assist and educate customers.
  5. Connect with customers: It will be the responsibility of the Sales Specialist to build relationships with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to help them find the right flooring solution.
  6. Collaborate with team members: The Sales Specialist will work closely with other members of the flooring department and store team to ensure a cohesive and efficient sales process.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals: The Sales Specialist will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets set by the company, using their sales skills and knowledge to drive revenue and contribute to the overall success of the flooring department.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Various Flooring Materials And Their Installation Processes, Including Hardwood, Laminate, Tile, And Carpet.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Experience, Preferably In A Retail Or Home Improvement Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Build Rapport With Customers.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With The Capacity To Recommend Suitable Flooring Options Based On Customer Needs And Budget.
