  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide expert knowledge and assistance to customers regarding flooring products and services.
  3. Actively listen to customers' needs and recommend appropriate flooring products and services.
  4. Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to purchase and installation.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current flooring trends, products, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including inventory management and restocking.
  9. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth and timely installation process for customers.
  10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Continuously develop and improve sales skills through training and development opportunities.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales and customer information.
  14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the overall customer experience.
  15. Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to support company goals and initiatives.
