Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-service focused individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist - Appliances at Lowe's. This position will require the successful candidate to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to our customers. The right candidate will be able to work with customers to determine their needs, provide expert advice on appliance-related products, and ensure that sales are closed with a positive customer experience. Required Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to build relationships with customers- Ability to read, write, and speak English- Advanced knowledge of appliances and related products- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible shifts
