  1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the sales floor team.
  3. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales floor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  5. Ensure proper inventory levels and product placement to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Collaborate with other department supervisors and managers to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  8. Conduct regular meetings and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to sales floor team members.
  9. Maintain a high level of knowledge on products, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers and train sales associates.
  10. Adhere to all company procedures and safety standards to maintain a safe and compliant sales floor environment.
  11. Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new sales floor team members.
  12. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service, salesmanship, and leadership skills.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional development to improve job performance.
  14. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement sales floor strategies and initiatives.
  15. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
