- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales floor department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and track sales performance, providing guidance and support to team members to reach sales goals.
- Train, mentor, and develop sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the sales floor is properly stocked and organized to meet customer demand.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize loss.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Communicate effectively with team members, upper management, and customers.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
- Adhere to budget and financial goals set by management.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Sales Floor Department.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team Of Sales Associates To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Excellent Customer Service.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Colleagues, And Senior Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Home Improvement Products And Services Offered By Lowe's, Along With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Increasing Customer Satisfaction.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment, And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously While Ensuring Adherence To Company Policies And Procedures.
