You will be responsible for managing inventory, setting sales goals, and maintaining the overall appearance of the sales floor.To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.   1. Lead a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  3. Manage inventory and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed on the sales floor.
  4. Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
  7. Create and maintain a welcoming and organized sales floor environment.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with other department supervisors to achieve overall store goals.
  13. Stay updated on industry and product trends to effectively lead the team.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
