As a Sales Associate, you will use your expertise to guide customers in selecting the perfect windows and walls for their homes. With your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building long-lasting relationships with our valued customers. Assist customers in selecting the perfect windows and walls for their homes.
Use strong design skills to create visually appealing displays and product presentations.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to their needs and offering relevant product recommendations.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and installation processes.
Meet and exceed sales goals by proactively engaging with customers and closing sales.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the products in the Windows & Walls department to accurately answer customer questions.
Collaborate with other departments such as installation services and special orders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers through follow-up and excellent communication.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings to provide the best possible service to customers.
Actively participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the department to create a welcoming shopping environment.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department and store goals.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications

Excellent Communication Skills: A Sales Associate For Windows & Walls At Lowe's Must Possess Strong Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Engage With Customers And Promote Products.
Knowledge Of Home Improvement Products: Candidates Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Windows And Walls Products, As Well As General Knowledge Of Home Improvement Products, In Order To Provide Accurate And Helpful Advice To Customers.
Sales Experience: Previous Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In A Home Improvement Or Retail Setting, Is Often Preferred For This Position. This Demonstrates A Candidate's Ability To Meet Sales Goals And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
Technical Expertise: A Successful Sales Associate For Windows And Walls Should Have Technical Expertise In Measuring, Installing, And Troubleshooting Various Window And Wall Products. This Knowledge Will Allow Them To Assist Customers With Their Specific Needs And Answer Any Technical Questions.
Strong Teamwork Skills: Working As Part Of A Team Is Essential In A Retail Environment. A Sales Associate Should Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Other Team Members, Including Other Sales Associates, Store Managers, And Department Supervisors, In Order To Provide Excellent Customer Service And Meet Sales Goals.
