Greet and welcome customers to the department in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers in finding and selecting the right windows and walls products to meet their needs.
Provide knowledgeable and expert guidance to customers on product features, benefits, and installation.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand and fulfill customer needs and preferences.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all windows and walls products, including new and seasonal items.
Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and meet or exceed department sales goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
Keep up-to-date with current trends, styles, and design concepts in the home improvement industry.
Ensure the department is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals and objectives.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working and shopping environment.
Complete all required training and attend department and store meetings as scheduled.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Of Windows And Walls Products: A Sales Associate At Lowe's Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Types Of Windows And Wall Products, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Installation Process. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Assist Customers With Their Purchase Decisions And Offer Expert Advice.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Sales Associate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide Exceptional Customer Service. This Includes Actively Listening To Customer Needs, Addressing Concerns, And Offering Solutions That Meet Their Requirements.
Sales Experience: A Successful Sales Associate Should Have Previous Sales Experience, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Will Help Them Understand The Sales Process, Build Relationships With Customers, And Meet Or Exceed Sales Targets.
Technical Knowledge: As A Sales Associate For Windows And Walls At Lowe's, It Is Essential To Have Technical Knowledge Of These Products. This Includes Understanding Measurements, Materials, And Installation Techniques To Accurately Assist Customers And Answer Any Questions They May Have.
Team Player: Lowe's Values Teamwork, And A Sales Associate Should Be Able To Work Effectively With Other Team Members To Achieve Common Goals. This Includes Collaborating On Projects, Sharing Knowledge And Expertise, And Supporting Colleagues When Needed.
