Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers in finding and selecting plumbing products to meet their needs.
Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about plumbing products and their features.
Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and offer solutions.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
